This Copyright & DMCA Policy applies to all use of the Fantasy Read service, including user-uploaded content, AI-generated summaries, and all interactions with our applications and website.

Fantasy Read Service

The Fantasy Read service—including its website, applications, The Sage AI technology, design, text, graphics, logos, and other proprietary components (excluding user-uploaded content)—is owned by NO2V EOOD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Uploaded Content

You retain all ownership rights to the books and other content you upload to Fantasy Read ("User Content"). Fantasy Read does not claim any ownership over your uploaded content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use such content with the Service.

Per-User Libraries

Your uploaded books are stored on a private, per-user basis and are accessible only to your account. No other user can access your library.

No Public Catalog

Fantasy Read does not provide or offer access to a public catalog of copyrighted works. All books on the platform are supplied directly by users.

No Sharing Between Users

Fantasy Read does not share, redistribute, or otherwise make your uploaded books or AI-generated analyses available to other users or to the public.

Subscription Fees Cover Service, Not Content

Subscription fees cover access to Fantasy Read's functionality, including private storage and AI-powered reading assistance. These payments do not include or grant rights, licenses, or access to books or other third-party works. You remain responsible for acquiring and lawfully using any books with the Service.

Legal Use Only

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and use books on Fantasy Read, including:

• Owning a legally purchased copy
• Using DRM-free versions obtained lawfully
• Complying with copyright laws in your jurisdiction
• Not uploading pirated or unauthorized copies

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

The Service is intended for personal reading assistance. You may not distribute, share, or resell copyrighted books, excerpts, or AI-generated summaries.

Fantasy Read supports only DRM-free EPUB files. We do not provide tools for removing DRM and do not encourage or support DRM circumvention.

Acceptable sources for DRM-free books include:

• Licensed DRM-free retailers
• Public domain libraries
• Books you personally own in DRM-free format

Segment-Based Processing

To generate reading insights, Fantasy Read processes your book in small sections. Each section, along with a brief AI-generated summary of earlier segments, may be transmitted to third-party AI inference providers solely to generate the requested output for your account.

No Training, No Retention

Our AI providers:

• Do not train on your data
• Do not store or retain excerpts after processing
• Do not use your content for any other purpose

Reading Assistance Only

The Sage is designed as a reading companion, providing progress-based summaries, context, and insights without substituting for the original work.

Output Safeguards

We implement measures to reduce the risk of substitutive or infringing outputs, including:

• Limiting analysis to your current progress
• Avoiding verbatim reproduction of copyrighted text
• Restricting the scope and detail of summaries

No Fair-Use Guarantee

While the Service is designed to support responsible use of copyrighted material, Fantasy Read does not guarantee that any specific use, output, or activity qualifies as “fair use” or similar exceptions under copyright law. Users are responsible for how they use the Service and AI-generated content.

Fantasy Read is operated by NO2V EOOD, a company established in the European Union. As an EU-based service provider, we are not legally required to comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). However, as a matter of good-faith practice and to support rights holders, we provide a voluntary DMCA-style notice and takedown process. This process does not imply submission to U.S. jurisdiction and is offered solely to facilitate the resolution of copyright concerns.

Fantasy Read may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

"FantasyRead" and "The Sage" are trademarks of NO2V EOOD. Other trademarks used on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
