Subscriptions

How you manage your Fantasy Read Pro subscription depends on where you bought it:

  • If you subscribed on iOS: your subscription is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
  • If you subscribed on the web: manage or cancel your existing subscription where you purchased it, from your account's billing settings on our website.

In both cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Restore or Access Your Subscription

  • If you subscribed on iOS: after reinstalling the app or switching devices, use Restore Purchases in Settings → Subscription, signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
  • If you subscribed on the web: your subscription is tied to your Fantasy Read account, so simply sign in with the same account on any device to regain access — no restore step is needed.

Refunds

  • If you subscribed on iOS: purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple ID.
  • If you subscribed on the web: contact us at contact@fantasyread.ai and we'll review your refund request.

Uploaded Books

Fantasy Read works with DRM-free EPUB files you upload. You should only upload books you have the legal right to use. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for details.

Book Processing

AI-enhanced reading requires a book to be processed first. Larger books may take longer to prepare. Once processing is complete, enhanced reading context becomes available while you read. If a book seems stuck or fails to process, try again or contact us with the book title.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your uploaded books, generated reading context, and reading progress.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Cancel it separately first: through your Apple ID subscription settings if you subscribed on iOS, or through your account's billing settings on our website if you subscribed there.
